The Special Forces Association is holding its annual convention in Fort Walton Beach, Florida in June 7-11, 2026. The event – called SFACON 2026, held on Florida’s Emerald Coast, includes time spent at Camp “Bull” Simons, home of the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne).
Over the several days of the convention there are a host of activities and events planned to include group reunions, evening socials at the Soundside Waterfront Bar and The Island Resort, visits to Camp Rudder (Ranger Camp), briefings, combatives tournament, 7th Group ‘Open House’, meetings, golf tournament, motorcycle ride, beach trips, fishing trips, a banquet, skeet shoot, and more.
SFACON is the annual gathering of the Green Berets of the Special Forces Association and provides opportunities for professional networking, reunions, chapter meetings, veteran support activities, catching up with old friends, telling stories (they get better as the beer flows and the night progresses), and engagement with the broader Special Forces community.
