In April 2024 we announced that we were taking a short break from publishing articles on the website and sending out our newsletter. That short break turned into a full year away. The editor has returned from a year-long contract job overseas and SOF News will be slowly getting up to speed over the next few months.
We will kick off our writing with coverage of SOF Week 2025 that begins this week, May 5-8, 2025, at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida. This large exposition, presented by USSOCOM and the Global SOF Foundation, will be attended by thousands of viewers. There will be hundreds of exhibitors, many important speakers, numerous seminars, and some interesting product demonstrations. The editor will be attending as many events as possible and will provide some interesting articles about SOF Week 2025 over the next few weeks.
